Who can carry out a control measurement of construction?

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An order was adopted by the Minister of Economy and Finance "On approval of the Regulations on the selection of commercial organizations involved in the control measurement of construction objects worth up to 10 billion soums, carried out at the expense of the budgets of the budget system, and determining their cost services and payment procedure”.

In accordance with the regulation, commercial banks, other authorized bodies, as well as legal entities licensed to develop architectural and urban planning documentation and accredited to conduct an examination of construction projects are involved in measuring at these facilities.

The selection of organizations conducting the control measurement is carried out by the State Financial Supervision Inspectorate through the public procurement procedure.

Supervisory and law enforcement agencies may also apply to the Inspectorate for a control measurement.

The cost of services for the control measurement is up to 0.3% of the total cost of the construction object.
