The Russian company became the owner of the leading enterprise of the paper industry of Uzbekistan

From the message published on the Unified Portal of Corporate Information, it follows that the Russian LLC "Management Company Nicole-Pack" has acquired 99.84% of the securities of Angren AI JSC "Angren pack". The amount of the OTC transaction was not disclosed.

Joint-stock Company "Angren pack" is a leading enterprise of the paper industry in Uzbekistan. It is the largest producer of packaging cardboard, paper and corrugated packaging in Central Asia, as well as a major manufacturer of toilet paper, paper napkins and towels. For more than 23 years of its presence in the paper and cardboard market, the plant has established itself as a reliable partner.

Recall that a controlling stake in AI “Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo " (formerly Promkartontorg) in 2011 was acquired by a Czech company” Paper Mill Holding", with the aim of introducing new technologies into production and improving the quality of its products to the level of European standards.

It is a successful exporter of paper products to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and others.
